Srishti Sharma Selected for On the Front Foot

On The Front Foot is a programme delivered by Cricket Ireland over recent years, focused on developing leadership skills and supporting individuals to progress to the next level in their roles.

Cricket Scotland participated in the 2025/26 cohort, with two community coaches and a Female Development Officer taking part. As part of the programme, two in-person sessions were held in Dublin.

Srishti Sharma, Murrayfield DAFS WPL Captain was selected to attend this fantastic programme and benefited greatly from doing so.
